design build back yard patio with slate stone finish, patio cover with soffit and lighting. Infrared gas heaters.

Design build outdoor paver patio and cover with vaulted ceiling. Integrated lighting. Design build fireplace surround with mantle and hearth  for radiant gas fireplace. Prewire for cable tv at fireplace. Design build welded steel frame for out door kitchen cabinets with rock surround, granite countertops, SS cabinet doors and drawers, built in BBQ and under-counter fridge.

Client had existing wood deck that we removed. Design build a waterproof upper deck with Westcoat waterproof deck system on top of wood framing. Finished lower living space with concrete floor and ceiling lighting and sofitt. Upper deck has SS cable railing. Waterproof deck created dry storage at far left side of deck.

Clients visited my home to experience a outdoor living space and decided to pull the trigger. Project included relocating hot tub, new composite deck and a living space with fireplace, rock surround with hearth/mantle, electrical and recycled granite paver floor.

I started with composite deck and patio cover. Added pave wall and cap with paver floor. Added stone faces with integrated audio and video. Added wood fireplace as well as a pellet stove for heat.

Add window transoms over existing room openings. Add barn door to bathroom.

Greenhouse

Green houses I have built are based on this one which i did not build. We use old recycled windows from projects and save then up until I have enough for a green house. Pictures of the green houses that I have built are coming soon.

Garage conversion

Remove garage door. Raise and insulate floor. Complete room conversion.

Basement Ann

Converted unfinished basement to living quarters with full kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and elevater to 1st floor.

Removed all interior bearing walls in basement to open up. Install engineered floor joists to free span area. Complete basement remodel. Add second set of stairs to basement.

ADU Jeanine

Build stand alone garage and ADU on top. Design to match exiting period house. We only took this house through Exterior Sheer inspection. Jeanine contracted finishes on her own.
